Grace Leete is currently the Head Coach of the 17 White Regional Team and Assistant Coach of the 17 Blue Regional Team, as well as an academy coach! During the school year, Coach Grace is the Assistant Varsity Coach for Essex Tech Girls Volleyball and JV Coach for St. John’s Prep Boys Volleyball.
Grace played 4 years of Varsity Volleyball at Danvers High School and was named NEC MVP in the 2017 and 2018 seasons before graduating in 2019. She played as a Libero for Coach Nicole’s national teams for 4 years of high school. After high school, Grace attended Santa Clara University in northern California graduating with honors and a dual degree in Sociology and Child Studies with an emphasis in Anti-Racist Education.

Playing Experience: I started playing volleyball in 7th grade, inspired by watching and listening to my mother coach at college and high school levels. Since I started I played volleyball year-round until I stopped to pursue my academic passions in California.
Fun Fact: I proudly serve as a Multicultural Affairs and Community Development Specialist at St. John’s Prep in my full-time role. Infused with a deep commitment to equity, compassion, and kindness, my coaching philosophies reflect these values, shaping my understanding of the vibrant world of young and inspirational athletes.
