Get College-Ready: Summer Training for Aspiring College Athletes!

Planning to play a sport in college? Set yourself up for success with focused summer training! Join me for a structured program designed to prepare you for the demands of your college team. Build strength, endurance, and confidence so you can walk onto the court or field ready to compete—and pass any fitness test with ease.

Program Details:
📅 Monday – Thursday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (One hour per athlete)

Who can participate in these training options?

Everyone is welcome to sign up for our training programs! You do not have to be on a MGA team or have played volleyball before to join. We welcome players of all ages, experience levels, and club affiliation.

How do I register?
Throughout the year we have a variety of opportunities to play and each program has a link to register. If you are having trouble registering, please email sarah@mgavolleyball.com 

About our Private Lessons: Many of our coaches offer private lessons throughout the year. You can reach out to a coach directly or email sarah@mgavolleyball.com. When sending an email please be sure to include your location, the player's age, their position and a phone # to contact you.

Note that during season it is challenging to find court time so please have multiple dates available when requesting a lesson. We also encourage small group lessons (min 3 players).Â
